This is what you will achieve with us
- You handle telephone and digital customer enquiries and carry out the associated tasks.
- You advise our customers on our banking products and basic services and provide support for e-banking.
- You identify customer needs and forward them to the appropriate departments.
- You assist with sales promotions.
- You advise our customers at the branch in the Länderpark shopping centre and support them with questions about the self-service devices.
- You manage our range of credit and debit cards.
