Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a commercial training or are currently pursuing HES/HEG studies (management, administration, economics, or related field)
- You are comfortable with numbers and master Excel (formulas, tables, formatting) and have excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- You work rigorously, structured, and reliably
- You know how to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You communicate easily both orally and in writing in French
- You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and appreciate teamwork
- Knowledge of public transport financing is an asset
Do these tasks inspire you?
- You collaborate in the preparation of regional or urban passenger transport offers (TRV / TU) by assisting in the drafting of documents related to public transport
- You collaborate in drafting calls for tenders for public or private contracts
- You receive administrative requests from clients related to the specific needs of public transport, process them, and produce the necessary data and documents
- You ensure the complete administrative follow-up of files (contracts, agreements, requests, archiving, updating, etc.) in collaboration with various services and departments
- You participate in the preparation of annual budgets, indicators, and statistics and monitor cost centers
- You collaborate in drafting documents (notes, letters, summaries, minutes)
- You manage the reception and processing of internal and external requests related to the activity (letters, emails, phone calls)
- You organize meetings (booking, invitation, agenda, minutes)
- You contribute to improving administrative processes related to offers
