As a Project and Service Coordinator (m/f/d) at KOMPAN Switzerland, you are the central interface between customers, sales and installation partners. You accompany projects from order placement to completion and ensure that quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction are always the focus. Your responsibility: Project coordination & customer care

In this role, you take responsibility for the planning, coordination and follow-up of playground and fitness projects in Switzerland. You work closely with customers, installers, suppliers and the Swiss sales team to ensure a smooth project process.

You are the first point of contact for many project-related questions and ensure that our customers are professionally supported throughout the entire project process. You keep an eye on deadlines, quality and costs at all times.

Your main tasks:

• Coordination and management of playground and fitness projects from order placement to completion
• Planning and follow-up of installations, service calls and project deadlines
• Coordination of installation partners, service partners and suppliers
• Support of the sales team with technical questions, project clarifications and quotation processes
• Preparation and calculation of quotations including installation services
• Responsibility for complaints, warranty cases and technical problem solving
• Conducting site visits and quality checks
• Support with public tenders and project documentation
• Maintenance and updating of CRM, ERP and project systems
• Active participation in the optimisation of internal processes and workflows
• Training and support of installation partners as needed

You report directly to the Managing Director Switzerland and work closely with sales as well as other internal and external partners.

Your profile –

Experience in project coordination, construction projects or technical services

You have experience in coordinating projects and feel comfortable in an environment where many different stakeholders must work together successfully. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several projects running in parallel.

What you bring:

• Completed technical or commercial training with experience in construction, project or service environment; alternatively studies in civil or industrial engineering, landscape architecture or a comparable field
• Experience in coordinating and implementing construction, installation or infrastructure projects
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Experience in customer care as well as dealing with suppliers, architects, subcontractors and public clients
• Knowledge in quotation calculation and project management
• Initial experience in complaints, spare parts, service and cost management
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 as well as CRM and ERP systems, ideally knowledge of CAD or planning software
• Ideally experience in gardening and landscaping, playground construction, civil engineering, construction supply industry or comparable sectors
