• Participation in the optimization and documentation of standard processes and group-wide guidelines
• Implementation and responsibility for mobility tools in the area of Global Mobility (e.g. assignment management software)
• Data analysis and reporting in the area of Global Mobility to identify trends and optimization potentials
• Interface function to internal departments such as IT, Payroll, and HR
• Coordination with local HR managers on cross-country issues
• Collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, immigration specialists, etc.)
• Support for Global Mobility Specialists in the ongoing assignment process on various topics

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the areas of HR, Global Mobility, Tax, or Legal/Compliance
• Solid knowledge in the area of social security and international tax law is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Interest in digital development and ideally affinity for the IT sector
• Service-oriented and independent personality with entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit
• High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, international environment
