YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Participation in the optimization and documentation of standard processes and group-wide guidelines
- Implementation and responsibility for mobility tools in the area of Global Mobility (e.g. assignment management software)
- Data analysis and reporting in the area of Global Mobility to identify trends and optimization potentials
- Interface function to internal departments such as IT, Payroll, and HR
- Coordination with local HR managers on cross-country issues
- Collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, immigration specialists, etc.)
- Support for Global Mobility Specialists in the ongoing assignment process on various topics
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in the areas of HR, Global Mobility, Tax, or Legal/Compliance
- Solid knowledge in the area of social security and international tax law is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in digital development and ideally affinity for the IT sector
- Service-oriented and independent personality with entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit
- High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, international environment
