Your main tasks:

- Checking and monitoring of high and low voltage systems as well as building control systems
- Performing periodic maintenance work and servicing on electrical and safety-relevant systems
- Regular rounds, visual and functional checks, and minor repairs
- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving electrical faults and initiating immediate measures to restore system operation
- Performing standard-compliant electrical tests and measurements including documentation
- On-call duty

Your profile:

- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Several years of proven professional experience in the electrical field, ideally with experience in operating complex building technology systems
- Authorization according to NIV15 or prerequisites to obtain it promptly
- Confident PC skills and enjoyment in working with various internal tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
- Great flexibility and willingness to perform on-call duty as well as working hours from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
