Job Description
In this exciting position, you will take on the role of Junior Product Manager for defined product series. From the start, you will be involved in managing our holistic product lifecycle and gradually take responsibility for your own portfolio.
Your tasks in detail:
- Product & Portfolio Responsibility: You actively drive the success of your product lines, act as a competent contact for your portfolio, and support sales with technical enquiries.
- Independent (Partial) Project Management: You gradually take on independent management of smaller projects (e.g. coordinating product changes, country-specific product launches, or creating new demo kits for sales) and ensure their success in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
- User-Centred Innovation: By analysing customer feedback and recognising user needs (User Experience / UX), you formulate innovative product and solution concepts.
- Market & Competitor Monitoring: You develop a deep understanding of our global target markets, target groups, and competitors to derive strategic recommendations for action.
- KPI Analyses & Reporting: You create well-founded market and potential analyses, evaluate relevant KPIs, and independently present your results in the appropriate specialist committees.
- Data Management: You ensure the high quality and maintenance of product-relevant master data in our systems to provide the communications department and sales with optimal sales documents.

Qualifications

- Education: University degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a concrete intention to pursue a master’s degree afterwards
- Qualification: Analytical thinking skills, professional experience in a similar position in product management or marketing desirable
- Know-How: Very good MS Office skills as well as a strong affinity for digital trends and new technologies. Initial experience or a strong interest in the practical use of Generative AI tools is a clear plus.
- Working Style: Structured, responsible, independent
- Personality: Team player, communicative, motivated, eager to learn, reliable
- Language: Very good German and English skills, any additional language an advantage

Description of the PreMaster Programme
The Bosch PreMaster Programme is a two-stage qualification programme for committed bachelor graduates who want to gain practical experience before pursuing a master’s degree. In the PreMaster programme, you gain one year of practical experience after your bachelor’s degree to learn about the professional and entrepreneurial contexts. In the second phase, you continue to work part-time alongside your master’s studies. This deepens your knowledge and prepares you optimally for your career entry after your studies.
For this specific position, a start date from September or October 2026 with a 100% workload is planned. From autumn 2027 (or at the start of your master’s studies), the workload will then be reduced.
