About the job
Your scope of action
- You support the customer management team in following up with our pharmacist clients (by phone/by writing) in French and German
- You manage our ordering and administration software, which our pharmacist clients use daily
- In collaboration with the quality management department, you comply with our high-quality standards in handling error messages, in the interest of patient safety
- You assist the team in planning and implementing the complex planning of public holidays (you will be surprised by the number of public holidays, big and small, that we have in Switzerland)
Your strengths
- Training as a pharmacy assistant, druggist or commercial employee or experience in the pharmaceutical/health sector
- French at native speaker level or very good level (B2+) and good knowledge of German (oral/written comprehension)
- Proficient in Office 365; you have a good affinity for technology and digital
- Enjoyment in customer contact (customer service, after-sales service) and communication
- Strong willingness to learn, commitment and open-mindedness for new topics
- Team spirit, helpfulness, reliability and rigor
