Project Manager Building Physics (m/f/d) with Development Prospect to Head of Building Physics

Would you like to apply your expertise in building physics purposefully and actively shape projects from planning to implementation? In this position, you take on responsibility, contribute your specialist knowledge, and make an important contribution to sustainable and high-quality construction projects.

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling and support of demanding projects in the areas of thermal, moisture and sound insulation as well as room acoustics
• Conducting acoustic measurements on construction sites and in our laboratory
• Preparation of evidence in the field of ecology and sustainability
• Performing calculations and verifications with common software (Flixo, INSUL, IDA ICE, GEAK)
• Coordination and interface management with building services engineering

Your Profile:

• Completed degree and sound expertise in building physics
• Experience in structural timber construction is an advantage
• Practical experience in sustainability topics (e.g. SNBS) and building services engineering desirable
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Business fluent German skills (at least C1, spoken and written)
• Interest in leadership responsibility
• Very good IT user skills
