For our location in Lindau, we are immediately seeking a qualified and motivated project controller in the area of planning turnkey projects & real estate products (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Review of plots and planning requirements
Technical management of project development and basic examination of turnkey projects and real estate products
Assembling, leading and controlling integral planning teams (internal and external) in service phases 1-4
Initiating building submissions in close interdisciplinary cooperation with all project participants
Building and maintaining cross-departmental relationship management with the group services of the Rhomberg Bau Group (product management, integral planning)

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in organising, leading and controlling planning processes in building construction – ideally in residential and office construction
Very good market knowledge in the southern German region, especially Bavaria and/or Baden-Württemberg
Sound knowledge of planning and building regulations (including BauGB, BauNVO, LBO, model timber construction guidelines)
Confident handling of CAD programmes (e.g. Revit, Rhino) as well as very good MS Office skills
