Your mission:

• Building, maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with applicants and clients.
• Acquisition of mandates and their support in personnel selection, from needs analysis to contract conclusion.
• Placement of commercial temporary and permanent positions.
• Conducting interviews and preparing the corresponding applicant documents.
• Other administrative tasks.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of professional experience and already some successful sales experience.
• Solid oral and written German and Swiss German skills; English is an advantage.
• Rooted in the Zurich region and knowledge of local conditions.
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented personality to best recognise and meet customer needs.
• Enjoyment of a dynamic environment with diverse tasks.
• Committed, open-minded and communicative personality.
