Tasks
- Administrative tasks:
- Document maintenance and control
- Management and documentation of cross-clinic improvement and corrective measures
- Organisation of satisfaction surveys (patients, referrers) as well as internal and external audits
- Support with risk controls within the framework of ERM
- Management and evaluation of statistics
- Participation in the project for the transformation into the integrated management system (IMS) of the Suva Clinics at both locations – e.g.:
- Development of an application for IMS documentation
- Process modelling and document migration
- Training of employees
- Assistance in the development and implementation of quality concepts and quality improvement measures with the specialist departments (e.g. for the quality contract according to KVG 58a)
- Assistance in the implementation and controlling of internal and external quality requirements/standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus)
- Participation in projects (e.g. Lean Management, Records Management)
Profile
- Commercial basic training and/or health profession
- Courses such as Quality Manager in Healthcare, Quality and Process Manager or similar
- Experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in project, lean and records management is an advantage
- Networked thinking and acting combined with the ability to work with people from different professional groups/stakeholders
- Ability to communicate appropriately for the level and audience as well as service-oriented in spoken and written form
- Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems
- Mandatory: German language skills at native level as well as very good French skills (at least C1-C2) and willingness to travel (Sion, Bern)
