Accounts Clerk 80-100% (a)

Your tasks

• Checking, coding and booking of incoming invoices using the creditor workflow
• Execution of payment runs
• Maintenance and management of supplier master data
• Communication with suppliers and internal specialist departments
• Management of the expense management system
• Reconciliation of the goods receipt/invoice receipt account
• Participation in the optimisation of accounting processes

Your profile

• Accounts clerk or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Independent, reliable and proactive working style
• Good German and English skills as well as sound IT knowledge (ERP and MS Office products)
