Construction Technician for Execution Planning (80 - 100%)

About the job

• Development of execution and detailed plans in 2D and 3D with ArchiCAD
• Collaboration on digital models and further development of planning standards
• Leading the planning team in the project (internal & external)
• Development of constructive solutions and detailed designs
• Communication and coordination with authorities, planners and utilities
• Organisation and maintenance of digital planning bases
• Ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements

• Training as a construction technician HF or comparable qualification
• Experience in execution and detailed planning (Switzerland advantageous)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D/3D)
• Experience in leading and organising planning teams
• Strong constructive understanding and high attention to detail
• Experience in dealing with standards and regulations (SIA)
• Goal-oriented, precise and solution-focused working style
