Requirements Engineer

For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Requirements Engineer 80% – 100% (all genders) to join our R&D organization. In this role, your responsibilities would include:You gather and analyze user and system requirements to define clear product needs.You document detailed and actionable specifications that guide development teams.You facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with stakeholder expectations.You ensure that requirements support project goals and contribute to successful product delivery.You maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to adapt to evolving needs and ensure innovative solution development
