About the job
A name in Oberaargau since 1646, Bären Madiswil. In our idyllic garden, we give our guests a holiday feeling in summer, not only thanks to the delicious dishes on our menu. Fondue or other rustic specialties are served in the colder months in the potato cellar or invite you to a cozy aperitif in the wine cellar. In our 11 hotel rooms, we accommodate guests from various countries.

Your profile
- Work experience as a cook in the gastronomy sector
- Excellent organizational skills
- Motivation and joy in work
- Good knowledge of German
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ or equivalent
Your tasks / your area of responsibility
- Preparation of high-quality dishes
- Co-responsible for quality and process assurance
- Independent management of a station
- Contributing your own ideas in the creation of the product range
- Assistance with purchasing and inventory management
- Implementation of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
We offer you a responsible and versatile position in a young, dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to actively position yourself in the kitchen with ideas and suggestions. Parking spaces are available free of charge to employees. You have holidays over Christmas and New Year and two fixed days off on Sunday and Monday.
