To strengthen and support our Event & Rental team in the Bern region, we are looking for a

Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for order planning and participation in the preparation of offers
• Ensuring service quality and quantity for optimal and efficient use of valuable resources and employees
• Responsible for planning, handover, and follow-up of technically complex events in various event locations
• Planning, controlling, and coordinating projects
• Advisory role in event planning (technical and organizational)
• Conducting cost control and post-calculation
• Managing personal customer relationships
• Maintenance and upkeep of work materials
• Creating and checking statistics, reports, etc.
• Planning resource needs in consultation with the supervisor

You bring with you

• You have training in the event industry and are familiar with event technology
• As a passionate project manager in the event industry, you have gained many years of experience
• At the front line, you sense the needs of our customers and ensure a cool event setup from A to Z
• Driver's license category B
• You are confident in German and have English skills
• With your cheerful personality, you quickly win over your counterpart and provide our demanding customers with service-oriented 360° support
• You know hectic situations in business, see them as a challenge, and remain calm
