To strengthen and support our Event & Rental team in the Bern region, we are looking for a

Your role

You take overall responsibility for technically demanding event projects – from the idea to successful implementation on site.

As the central interface between customers, technology and internal teams, you develop solutions that are convincing technically, organisationally and economically.

Your area of responsibility

End-to-end project management: from quotation, planning and conception phase to implementation and follow-up of events with high technical complexity (lighting, audio, video, rigging)

You bring with you

• You have training or several years of experience in the event industry and are familiar with event technology
• Solid know-how in the areas of lighting, audio, video, rigging as well as event infrastructure
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Business acumen with a good understanding of costs, efficiency and resources
• High personal responsibility and decisiveness as well as resilience and solution-oriented action
• Confident handling of common tools (Microsoft 365, ERP systems and possibly CAD experience)
• Driving licence category B
• You are fluent in German (foreign languages are an advantage)
