We are looking for the following position at our Ursenbach location starting immediately or by arrangement:
Customer Service Clerk 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
This is your area of responsibility:
- Assisting with all work processes in Customer Service from customer registration through order processing to transport and any complaint handling
- Handling transport processing including customs documents in compliance with applicable regulations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality of internal interfaces with other departments
- Supporting Key Account Managers in administrative tasks
- Together with planning, purchasing, production, and shipping, coordinating the smooth and timely delivery of our customer orders
- Deputizing for the Head of Customer Service
What you bring with you:
- Commercial basic training
- At least 5 years of experience in sales / customer service
- Very good German and English skills
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
- Practical and independent working style
- First leadership experience is an advantage
