Do you enjoy approaching people, lending a hand in everyday life, and take pleasure in making someone’s day better? To complement our motivated care team in the Zurich area, we are looking for you as a Care Assistant SRK – as a fixed contact person for clients who rely on support at home.

• ♥️ Basic care and personal hygiene for clients at home
• 🏠 Domestic services as needed
• 👥 Everyday companionship — also a contact person for relatives
• 📄 Brief progress documentation via tablet — digital, simple, on the go
• 🩺 Collaboration with FaGe and nursing professionals in the team
• 🏎️ On-call duties according to schedule — about one week per month

• 🔍 Completed SRK Care Assistant course — or you are ready to start it. We support you in this.
• 🔍 Driving licence Cat. B — you drive daily between assignments. You don’t need your own car — a company car is provided.
• 🔍 German language skills B1–B2 — you can communicate clearly with clients and the team. Perfect German is not required.
• 🔍 Resident in the Zurich region — assignments close to you, max. ~20 minutes driving.
• 🔍 Looking for a pure office or clinical routine? — Then this is not for you. We are mobile, outdoors, in real people’s homes.

• 🚗 Company car + fuel card; including private use — also at weekends for you.
• ⌛ Workload 50–80% — you choose; morning block, fixed days or flexible — we adapt.
• 🗺️ Assignments near you; max. ~20 minutes driving — you know your clients and your region.
• 🏝️ 5 weeks holiday; age-dependent — above the statutory minimum.
• 🧑 🎓 Further training supported; SRK course, FaGe preparation, external courses — we contribute.
