About the job
To strengthen our production, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated
Shift Supervisor Machining Day/Evening Shift (m/f/d), 100%
Your varied tasks
- Setting up and operating 2-spindle CNC lathes
- Checking, measuring and documenting quality
- Personnel management of the shift team
- Carrying out and monitoring production, including random checks and initiating corrective measures
- General production tasks such as refilling raw materials, removing finished parts, disposing of chips and residual materials
- Independent maintenance and cleaning of production machines, as well as setup and surroundings
- Shift work with weekly rotation, day or evening shift
What you bring with you
- Completed mechanical vocational training as a polymechanic / production mechanic / mechanical practitioner or several years of experience operating CNC machining centres
- Initial leadership experience an advantage
- Ability to read and understand production documents and technical drawings
- Experience in operating and using measuring and testing equipment
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1)
- Conscientious and reliable
- High quality awareness and flexibility
- Independent and precise working style
- Team player and enjoyment of collaboration
