How you contribute:

• You lead the Network Economics department with three employees – personnel-wise, professionally and organisationally.
• You are responsible for regulatory management according to the applicable guidelines, manage the ElCom file and are the central contact person for the regulatory authority.
• You are responsible for network cost accounting and tariffing of the chargeable network and production costs and set the annual network usage charges.
• You develop the long-term network, plant and renewal strategies for electricity, gas, water and heat.
• You assess plant condition, network availability and failure risks and derive maintenance and investment needs from this.
• You manage investments, prioritise them and conduct the technical controlling of the network infrastructures.
• Within the framework of data management and digitalisation, you ensure network data consistency and accompany IT projects for cross-system data evaluation.

What you bring:

• You have a completed degree in electronics, energy technology, industrial or civil engineering, supply engineering or a comparable field.
• Your several years of experience in network planning, asset management, network economics or infrastructure planning distinguish you.
• Good knowledge in the media electricity, gas, water or heat is an advantage.
• You have experience in target network planning, renewal or investment planning.
• You have a good understanding of regulatory requirements, especially in the electricity network.
• You have a strong affinity for IT systems, GIS, network models, data management and digital twins.
• You convince with your strategic, analytical and economic way of thinking.
• With your communication and leadership skills, you lead the Network Economics team as well as the interdisciplinary core team "ewl Regulatory Affairs".
• You have the proven ability to prepare complex and economic matters ready for decision-making.
