To optimally complement our team, we are looking for a motivated person by arrangement (part-time is possible) for our head office in Bellach

Construction Cost Planner or Calculator or Construction Economist (60 - 100%)

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost calculations
• Managing construction accounting and cost controls (Messerli Bauad)
• Preparing tenders, contracts, and schedules
• Supporting the project team with your expertise
• Post-calculation and evaluation for the key figure database

 

Requirements:

• Qualification as a draughtsperson EFZ with an affinity for IT, structural technician, FH architect, or site manager
• Experience in measurement and pricing
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of MS Project for scheduling
• Confidence in handling SIA standards, laws, and regulations
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility
