Commercial Internship in Property Management Summer 2026 (WMS or Business School)

As an intern, you work in a team and engage together with your supervisor to ensure that our clients' properties and their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are diverse and varied.

• You have active phone contact with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
• You support your supervisor in the preparation and execution of apartment handovers
• You handle various customer inquiries
• You assist in renting apartments and ancillary properties, such as garages and parking spaces, including contract creation
• You create debtor and final statements
• You help with the issuance of repair/renovation orders and their monitoring
• You create various correspondence and handle general administrative tasks

• You have completed the school part of the commercial/vocational school with good to very good performance
• You have good manners and express yourself verbally and in writing in the German language
• You are interested in the business processes and interconnections in the real estate industry
• You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative, and like to work in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to changes
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
