Job Description

• Managing accounts payable, including invoice verification and preparation of payment runs
• Posting cash and bank vouchers including reconciliation
• Booking and monitoring of interfaces
• Communication with suppliers and internal contacts
• Supporting the financial accountant with monthly and annual closings

Qualifications

• Commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage
• Committed, precise and forward-thinking approach to work with a strong service orientation
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Native German or French speaker, good knowledge of the other national language
