Your Tasks

Active support of nursing professionals: You work closely with our nursing staff, assist with daily basic care (e.g., washing, dressing, positioning), and ensure the quality of life of our patients.

Care and accompaniment: You accompany our patients during their stay, whether in everyday activities or difficult moments. With your empathy and sensitivity, you provide a sense of security and comfort.

Medical-nursing tasks: Depending on the area of deployment, you take on simple medical tasks, such as measuring vital signs, documenting nursing services, or supporting therapeutic measures.

Promotion of mobilization and activation: You contribute to promoting the mobility and activity of patients – whether through active movement sessions, short walks, or support during therapies.

Creation and documentation of nursing reports: In close cooperation with our nursing professionals, you document the care and treatment processes in patient files to ensure seamless care and individualized support.

Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration: You work hand in hand with doctors, therapists, and other professional groups and actively contribute to shaping the care processes. Exchange within the team and with other departments is an important part of your work.

Your Profile

Completed training as AGS or SRK nursing assistant

Joy in working with people and pronounced nursing competence

High social skills and empathy in dealing with our patients

Teamwork skills and strong communication

Independent and responsible way of working

Ideally first professional experience in nursing, but motivated career starters are also warmly welcome!
