On behalf of our client, an internationally active pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a long-term temporary position (6 months with option to extend) starting immediately or by arrangement an experienced and responsible individual as

Warehouse Operational Services Employee 100%

In this role, you will take care of goods and shipments that arrive on site to be stored and distributed or leave the location. You are also responsible for ensuring operational processes comply with all compliance requirements as well as handling export orders, destructions, and portioning of various products.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Correct operational handling of processes (export/destruction/portioning) in compliance with regulations (GMP, hazardous materials, etc.)
• Independent execution of bookings in various SAP systems
• Management of goods receipt and dispatch including documentation
• Checking materials for correct quantity, material, and batch number
• Proactive participation in process optimisation, quality improvements, and revision of specification documents
• Group-wide support within Logistic Solutions if required
• Compliance with safety regulations and GMP instructions

Professional requirements:

• Completed vocational training as Logistics Specialist EFZ or equivalent (applications without completed training cannot be considered)
• Good PC skills (SAP, Office or other user programmes)
• Professional experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals and with GMP/GDP knowledge) and completed forklift truck licence
• Experience with hazardous materials is an advantage
• Good spoken and written German skills
• Business understanding and a structured, organised working style
