Group Leader Laundry and Cleaning 100% / Deputy Head of Housekeeping

Your exciting field of activity essentially includes:
- Responsibility for the operational management of the laundry and cleaning departments
- Personnel management of the laundry/cleaning team with around ten employees
- Ensuring and optimising work organisation and quality standards
- Participation in the training of apprentices
- Active involvement in the cleaning, laundry service and catering departments
- Support of the Head of Housekeeping in specialist matters and process optimisation
- Deputising for the Head of Housekeeping with organisational and personnel management tasks
- Participation in projects as well as leading meetings and training sessions
What distinguishes you:
- You have a professional qualification in housekeeping (at least EFZ level)
- Ideally, you can demonstrate leadership experience and professional experience in a healthcare institution
- The well-being of customers is close to your heart and your attitude is characterised by a service-oriented approach
- You enjoy working with people, are empathetic, a team player and reliable
- Your communication is motivating, appropriate to the audience and exemplary
- You are willing to work weekend shifts
