Your exciting field of activity essentially includes:

• Responsibility for the operational management of the laundry and cleaning departments
• Personnel management of the laundry/cleaning team with around ten employees
• Ensuring and optimising work organisation and quality standards
• Participation in the training of apprentices
• Active involvement in the cleaning, laundry service and catering departments
• Support of the Head of Housekeeping in specialist matters and process optimisation
• Deputising for the Head of Housekeeping with organisational and personnel management tasks
• Participation in projects as well as leading meetings and training sessions

What distinguishes you:

• You have a professional qualification in housekeeping (at least EFZ level)
• Ideally, you can demonstrate leadership experience and professional experience in a healthcare institution
• The well-being of customers is close to your heart and your attitude is characterised by a service-oriented approach
• You enjoy working with people, are empathetic, a team player and reliable
• Your communication is motivating, appropriate to the audience and exemplary
• You are willing to work weekend shifts
