Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CNC Turning Skills

• Independently programme and set up CNC lathes, especially models such as Star SV32/SR38, Goodway SW32, Hanwha XD16II and Nakamura Tome WY150
• Monitor production processes and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly
• Conduct quality checks of the manufactured workpieces independently, including first-piece inspection according to the four-eyes principle
• Properly set up and operate post-processing machines
• Perform regular maintenance work on machines to ensure operation

• Sound knowledge in programming and setting up CNC lathes of various makes
• Experience in carrying out quality inspections according to the four-eyes principle
• Responsibility in material procurement for efficient manufacturing processes
• Competence in analysing and continuously optimising production processes
• Willingness to assist in the training of apprentices and in production planning

• Varied activity in a technology-oriented environment
