Learning & Development Coordinator

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the smooth administrative running of the various L&D programs in French-speaking Switzerland, as well as providing administrative and operational support to the Talent and L&D Manager.
Your tasks:
Internal training
· Creation and updating of training courses, scheduling sessions in the dedicated software
· Booking and setting up rooms (catering, equipment, attendance tracking…)
· Occasional participation as a trainer
External training
· Coordination of training with external providers
· Establishment of training agreements
· Management of reimbursement requests with organizations
Apprentices and Trainees
· Management of the hour registration application (control, corrections, integration of supporting documents…)
· Ordering materials and processing invoices
· Initial processing of applications
· Administrative support
Your profile:
· Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
· Experience in professional training and skills development (an asset)
· 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Good knowledge of the Swiss education system
· Mastery of French
· English or German B2 (an asset)
· Good knowledge of the Office suite
· Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
· Client-oriented, with good stress resistance
· Interpersonal skills and sense of communication
