For the Dietlikon location, we are looking for a Senior OT Cyber Security Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of secure OT architectures according to IEC 62433, NIS2 and CRA (including network segmentation, communication protocols & ports, DMZ & firewall, remote access)

• Conducting risk analyses and security audits as well as visualising the network infrastructure and introducing observability concepts 

• Identity & certificate management with authentication rules

• Concept development for patch management

• Processes and tools for vulnerability management

• Introduction of IDS / IPS measures

• Design of DevSecOps development processes (SSDLC / Secure Software Development Life Cycle)

• Technical consulting and conducting training / workshops on OT cybersecurity topics

• Continuous technology scouting in the area of legal regulations, industry standards, hardware and software solution components

Your Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity / system hardening and development of system solutions in Operational Technology (OT)

• Knowledge of common industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT) and PLC platforms (e.g. Beckhoff / Siemens / Rockwell)

• Understanding of risk management and network security from PLC, SCADA, IoT to enterprise and cloud level

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style

• Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly
