About the job
What you can achieve
- You shape the interprofessional collaboration in the haematology clinics and coordinate a smooth process together with the team
- You inform, care for and support our patients with commitment throughout the entire treatment process
- You independently carry out diagnostic and therapeutic routine tasks, including blood sampling and injections
- You professionally prepare the clinics and ensure efficient organisation
- You undertake nursing activities according to medical instructions or delegation and initiate first measures in emergencies
- You carefully check the accuracy of service recording and thus contribute to quality assurance
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Very good PC skills, ideally also in handling clinic-specific applications
- High organisational and social competence as well as the ability to work interdisciplinarily and service-oriented with various professional groups
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
