Zweifel 1898 AG is a wine trading company in the city of Zurich with a wine shop and restaurant in Höngg and the Vinothek Sante in Wiedikon. At the Höngg location, we also operate the only pressing plant within the Zurich city area. Thus, we not only have wonderful everyday wines and gems from our own production from our own vineyards in the surrounding area, but also fine international top wines. In the listed rooms of the Höngg family Stammhaus of the Zweifel family, we also run a wine tavern. Our wine tavern kitchen has a rustic, hearty touch cooked and served with much heart and creativity, while keeping an eye on our tradition, innovation, and sustainability. Zweifel 1898 AG is a sister company of Zweifel Weine & Getränke AG and Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG and a subsidiary of Zweifel Holding AG.

- Mise en place tasks (focus on cold kitchen/garde manger) under the direction of the head chef
- Cooking and plating dishes for à la carte and banquets
- Independent station management
- Preparation work
- Managing stock
- Adherence to high quality standards
- Daily and periodic cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- Dishwashing and assistance in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen
- Cleaning kitchen linen
- Assistance with waste disposal
- Assistance with tidying and cleaning in the dining area according to HACCP guidelines
- Appropriate representation of the company internally and externally

- Several years of professional experience as a chef or completed chef apprenticeship (preferably EFZ)
- Solid professional and product knowledge
- Good spoken German skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
