Technician HF Structural Engineering / Construction Manager Structural Engineering (80 - 100 %) – City of Bern

Focus: Building in Existing Structures

Our established architectural office in the city of Bern specialises in renovations and conversions under monument and heritage protection. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Construction Manager (Structural Draftsperson / Construction Technician HF), 80 - 100 % workload.

Your tasks in brief:

- Creating execution and detail plansManaging the tendering process

- Execution and cost responsibility for small to medium construction projects

- Coordination and site management on location

Your profile:

- Training as a Structural Draftsperson EFZ with further education as a Construction Technician HF or Construction Manager

- Experience and genuine enjoyment of building in existing structures and historical contexts

- Solid structural engineering knowledge as well as know-how in building services engineering (HVAC) and building physics

- Strong communication skills (team & site); native German speaker (additional languages are a plus)

- Proficient in ArchiCad and common Adobe programmes

- Driving licence category B
