Specialist Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

What we can offer you

• Design, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on addressing patients and occasionally recruiting
• Active participation in shaping and further developing the performance marketing strategy as well as developing and implementing new ideas and measures
• Analysis of campaign and customer data, independent KPI reporting and derivation of concrete optimisation measures
• Design and implementation of target group-specific measures along the customer journey as well as in lifecycle and life-event marketing
• Implementation and further development of the SEO strategy in collaboration with the team
• Maintenance and further development of the website
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and agencies
• Participation in other marketing and communication projects, especially in the areas of content, presentations and events

Your profile

• Education in marketing, communication or equivalent
• Several years of experience in marketing, especially performance marketing, ideally related to customer/lifecycle communication
• Experience in corporate communications is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with creativity and enthusiasm for implementation
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and taking responsibility
• A team-oriented personality who values collaboration and supports colleagues when needed
• Willingness to come to the office in Allschwil twice a week
• Very good German skills; knowledge of French, Italian and English is an advantage
