You will be responsible for

• Welcoming our patients in a friendly and professional manner, coordinating the outpatient consultation hours and preparing them
• Providing competent, empathetic advice on telephone enquiries with a strong patient focus
• Taking on patient-related administrative tasks with care and organisational talent
• Supporting our doctors with administrative matters in the specialist areas of nephrology, haematology and acute geriatrics
• Planning blood draws and performing them independently and routinely

You bring with you

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ and have several years of work experience in healthcare
• You have very good German skills and are used to communicating appropriately for the audience in spoken and written form
• You enjoy contact with patients as well as administrative and organisational tasks
• You are an organisational talent with a high awareness of quality and team spirit
