The Most Important at a Glance

In this role, you are the point of contact for referrers, patients, and our interprofessional management teams. In triage, you play a central role in assessing and clarifying inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient referrals, thereby contributing to timely and needs-based treatment.

• You are the first contact person for our treatment teams and external referrers regarding patient planning
• You triage patients in close consultation with the medical/nursing management team and schedule them into the appropriate treatment offer (outpatient, day patient, or inpatient)
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of our work processes (Lean approach)
• You act in a solution-oriented and forward-looking manner
• You work in a committed and highly competent team

What You Bring With You

• Completed training in the medical and/or commercial field with further education in healthcare, preferably psychiatry (e.g. FaGe, MPA, certified nursing professional HF)
• Ideally experience in patient triage or coordination
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• An open, reflective and proactive personality
• Calmness, empathy and overview – even in challenging situations
