Head of Emergency Department and Day Clinic 90–100 % with NDS HF Emergency Nursing

Your tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing team of the emergency department and day clinic
- Ensuring a high-quality, patient-oriented
- care as well as quality and safety standards Responsibility for needs-based personnel and deployment planning
- Further development of the emergency department and day clinic as well as optimisation of processes, workflows and structures
- Promotion of a appreciative team culture as well as the professional and personal development of employees
- Close cooperation with the medical management as well as with internal and external interfaces
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with postgraduate studies NDS HF Emergency Nursing
- Several years of professional experience in emergency nursing
- Leadership experience and ideally completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication and social skills as well as an appreciative, binding and situation-appropriate leadership style
- High resilience, decision-making and assertiveness as well as pronounced organisational talent
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration as well as the further development of processes and changes
