APPOINTMENT OF A CEO TO LEAD VILLARS HOLDING

Givisiez, 31 July 2023 – VILLARS HOLDING, active in retail and real estate, announces the appointment of a CEO in the person of Mr Michael Albrecht (51), a mechanical engineer and holder of an MBA.

Mr Albrecht will take office on 1 September 2023.

With his experience, notably at Nestlé and Rolex, the Board of Directors is convinced that Mr Albrecht will strengthen Villars Holding SA’s position in the market, particularly by improving the profitability of the various commercial subsidiaries.

The Board of Directors wishes Mr Albrecht much success at the head of management.
