Allrounder Cinema, Bar & Bowling (m/f/d)

for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly basis. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation and are willing to take on additional shifts if needed.
After the training phase, you will be able to contribute your active support in the cinema, bar & bowling according to the duty roster. 

• Ensuring a smooth operation in the cinema, bar & bowling
• Friendly and competent guest service and advice 
• Sale of tickets, vouchers, bowling games, and various kiosk items
• Entry control and assignment of seats in the cinema
• Correct preparation of the beverage & snack offerings
• Professional serving of drinks and snacks in the bowling/sports bar
• Compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations
• Cleaning tasks between shows and in the bowling/sports bar
• Inventory management
• Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct billing
• Minor repairs and troubleshooting of the bowling lanes

• Regular shifts on weekends and public holidays (at least 2 shifts per week) are not a problem for you
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in the cinema or gastronomy sector (or similar)
• You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in German
• With your cheerful and open nature, you delight our guests 
• We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented work style
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm and act proactively 
• As a team player, you show active willingness to help and share your knowledge proactively
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
