I view the lack of appreciation for employees critically, especially in relation to the responsibilities they have taken on. Pay increases are VERY modest and often do not reflect the actual effort and responsibility involved. This creates a clear imbalance, particularly in roles that involve additional coordination or leadership responsibilities.
In addition, there is a lack of transparent communication and clear career prospects. Promises or expectations are sometimes not consistently fulfilled, which leads to frustration in the long term.
The workload in shift work should not be underestimated. Regular evening and weekend shifts, as well as high customer volume, can be stressful over time, especially when direct customer contact becomes increasingly taxing and little opportunity for balance is provided.
Overall, the company offers interesting insights and tasks; however, there is a clear need for improvement in the areas of appreciation, communication, and long-term employee development.
