The regional police are responsible for the basic police services of the canton of Thurgau.

To strengthen our teams at the base in Weinfelden, we are looking for a

Your main tasks

Planning, coordination, and control of internal projects
Ensuring the achievement of goals and compliance with standards of the regional police
Evaluation and optimization of existing processes
Development and implementation of measures for quality assurance and improvement
Preparation of reports and recommendations for the department management
Technical responsibility for the Entoli system (online reference work)
Organization and management of the regional police office with four employees
Professional leadership of one employee in duty planning
Conducting assessment and promotion measures for direct subordinates

Your profile

Completed basic police training with solid, several years of professional experience in operational and/or administrative areas
Knowledge in quality assurance, process management, or organizational development
Proven experience and enthusiasm for personnel management
High resilience even in demanding situations

Responsible, versatile, and meaningful activity with a lot of creative freedom
A modern and supportive working environment
