For the City Clerk and Debt Enforcement Office Wallisellen-Dietlikon, which processes around 9,500 debt enforcement cases and 3,500 seizures, we are looking to strengthen our team from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement with you as Enforcement Officer mbA / Enforcement Officer mbA (f/m/d).

Your tasks

• Execution of seizures and security measures in the office and on site including drafting documents
• Independent correspondence (form management) with all stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient and effective workflows with resource and schedule planning
• Independent handling of city clerk office matters

Your profile

• Positive attitude and interest in dealing with a wide variety of people
• Empathy, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Customer-oriented attitude and high service orientation
• Teamwork, flexibility, strong character as well as responsible and precise working style
• Very good IT user skills (M365)
• Federal specialist certificate as Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Specialist, Debt Enforcement focus (or in training)
• Willingness to attend professional training courses
