The dreischiibe Foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial centre in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental disabilities at 220 work, training and integration places. In the day centre and meeting centre, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.

From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Laundry Team Leader (60-80 %)

Your tasks

• You accompany apprentices in professional measures as well as people in integration measures and at supported workplaces and support their professional and personal development.
• You independently plan and coordinate the daily processes in the laundry. The associated administrative tasks are also part of your daily work.
• You actively participate in production and ensure a high-quality and timely execution of customer orders.
• You carefully write reports and maintain the required documentation.
• You contribute to the further development of the area and take on deputy tasks.
• You work closely with the department management as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• High social competence, empathy and an appreciative and positive basic attitude characterise you.
• You have completed training in housekeeping, textile care or laundry or have several years of professional experience in this environment.
• You have already completed training in the field of work pedagogy or are willing to do so.
• You enjoy accompanying people with mental disabilities on their professional path.
• You communicate openly, enjoy working in a team and bring a healthy dose of humour.
• You approach your tasks independently, responsibly and reliably.
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes completes your profile.
