Your tasks:
- You work nationwide as a train driver for DB InfraGO AG and independently operate train, blocking, and shunting movements on various locomotives
- You independently coordinate assignments for route journeys
- You ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of the tasks assigned to you, observing and applying the valid regulations of DB AG
- Furthermore, documenting your services and handling irregularities are part of your responsibilities
- In addition, you are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of locomotives and construction machinery
- You are entrusted with the independent handling and operation of tools and machines, including track and superstructure machinery
- Finally, you ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality on construction sites at all times — even with changing locations and varying working hours
Your profile:
- You hold a train driver licence (Class A, B) according to TfV and have professional experience operating route locomotives
- Knowledge and training in the vehicle technology of the relevant types are among your skills
- You use your comprehensive PC skills, including MS Office, efficiently
- With entrepreneurial thinking, you design processes cost-optimally and critically question existing procedures
- You are open to technical and organisational changes and possess strong communication skills towards customers and colleagues
- You are willing to work irregular hours, including frequent weekend and night shifts, and appreciate variety in your daily work
