Product Manager Autoinjectors (Category YpsoMate 1ml) | 80 - 100%

Location: Burgdorf | Hybrid

Your main tasks

• Develop commercial strategies, pricing models, and compelling value propositions for our product in close collaboration with Sales, Account & Business Management
• Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging
• Act as a cross-functional interface and actively contribute to variant development projects for injection systems (autoinjectors)
• Provide functional leadership within interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for assigned product variants after commercial launch
• Independently manage and resolve a wide range of challenges, including technical, quality-related, logistical, and commercial topics

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can-do attitude
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is considered an advantage
• Technical understanding and willingness to engage with complex technical topics are beneficial, especially for candidates with a business background
• Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1)
