About the job
As part of an increase in our activity and to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, currently composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS of the Fondation de La Côte, by opening positions for:
An Occupational Therapist for the Morges West CMS
Your profile
- Bachelor HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Ability to be proactive and to position yourself as a partner in network work
- Interest in developing your role independently
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Driving licence essential
Your added advantage
- Experience in the care sector
- Interest in developing your practice according to occupational, empowerment, and client partnership models
Your future tasks
- Provide quality occupational therapy, client-centred
- Support clients at home in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Promote healthy ageing and supervise staff and trainees
- Promote occupational therapy through projects, local actions, and prevention workshops
