Your new tasks

• As an external sales employee in the field of electronic fire detection.
• You are responsible for the technical study, producing offers, completing tenders, applying and complying with safety concepts according to current standards.
• This position includes administrative tasks such as preparing plans, technical diagrams, adhering to processes, and customer follow-up.
• You are the centre of expertise for our clients for all technical and commercial questions.
• Client visits to ensure close and targeted collaboration, guarantee order intake, prospect new clients, build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Promotion of new products or new solutions to clients.

Your talents and experience

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent diploma, complemented by relevant professional experience in sales
• You have proven experience in customer relationship management and developing new markets
• You are proficient with common IT tools as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• You have a good knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques
• You demonstrate a keen sense of organisation, autonomy and excellent communication skills
• You possess a very good command of French; knowledge of German or English is an advantage
