Team Lead Construction Portfolio Management 100%- Responsibility for managing a demanding construction project portfolio – from prioritisation to implementation
- Hub function as the central contact person for stakeholders and project participants
- Coordination, leadership and empowerment of project teams as well as external partners
- Ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets across all projects
- Management of medium- to long-term planning including reporting and KPI tracking
- Identification of optimisation potentials and utilisation of synergies in the portfolio
- Active risk management and development of pragmatic solutions
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements
- Technical education (FH/ETH/HF) in construction, architecture or engineering, complemented by business management know-how
- Several years of experience in construction project management or project portfolio management
- Sound knowledge in life cycle management of real estate and in managing complex construction projects
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing and coordinating teams
- Confident in dealing with various stakeholders and demanding interfaces
- Strong analytical skills, structured and with a clear hands-on mentality
- Assertive, solution-oriented and with an entrepreneurial perspective
- Very good German and good English skills
