In our growing Coffee business area, you support our Key Account Managers as well as the Head of Sales in daily business and actively contribute to the success of our products. We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

International Sales & Marketing Assistant 80-100%

• Support of the Key Account Managers as well as the Head of Sales Coffee in operational daily business
• You take on operational, administrative and project-related tasks
• You ensure smooth customer and information management
• You contribute to the optimisation of sales processes and market launches
• Coordination and support of customer projects as well as product launches
• Participation in the preparation of international trade fairs (e.g. World of Coffee or PLMA)
• Creation of sales documents, presentations and offers
• Analysis of sales and market figures (SAP system) as well as preparation of meaningful reports
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Quality
• Development opportunity to take over direct support of smaller customers

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in marketing, sales or business administration
• Proven professional experience in the FMCG or food industry as well as in marketing or sales support is an advantage
• High service orientation, organisational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Structured, precise and independent working style with international customers
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, CRM as well as PowerPoint is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
