For an established, leading, larger real estate company, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Property Manager. You can expect a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties as well as the opportunity to participate in exciting development and real estate projects.

Type of Work

• Independent management of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Organisation and execution of property and apartment handovers
• Drafting rental contracts
• Contact with tenants and interested parties
• Initial and re-letting of properties including placing advertisements
• Heating and ancillary cost accounting
• Support with projects
• Coordination of repairs, maintenance work and minor renovations
• Monitoring costs, quality and deadlines for ongoing work
• Participation in budget processes and year-end tasks
• Processing of ancillary costs and preparation of various evaluations and reports

Requirements Profile

• You have a commercial basic education
• You bring experience in property management
• Preferably, you have completed the professional certificate for property managers
• You have very good German language skills
• You are a motivated, committed and team-oriented personality
